Each year, the Sutter Lakeside Hospital Foundation team assesses the needs in the Hospital and makes a list of fundraising goals based on those needs. We hope that you might find an area of need that is close to your heart, and start giving today.

Ultrasound for Family Birth Center

Sono-site Portable Bedside Ultrasound
The need: One at $32,995
The Sono-site Portable Ultrasound would allow the Family Birth Center staff to quickly bring the ultrasound to the bedside instead of the patient to the ultrasound. This is especially important when time-sensitive issues arise, and will will ultimately increase safety of both the mother and her fetus.

The Wellness Center

The Wellness Center provides wellness services to our patients and our community, including a state-of-the-art Fitness Facility, an on-going slate of wellness classes, workshops, and support groups, and our Healing House, which offers integrative health modalities that promote individual well-being on many different levels.

Strength Training Equipment
$4,000 per piece
Keeping ourselves physically strong is a critical part of maintaining a higher quality of life as we age. Our strength training equipment is very popular with our members, especially the senior population. Unfortunately, it is beginning to break down. We would like to begin replacing it with more modern and durable equipment.

Treadmills
$6,000 each
Treadmills, for improving cardiovascular fitness, are used by a wide range of members, from teenagers to our senior population. Several of our treadmills require repairs to keep them safe and in service. We would like to upgrade our treadmill ‘fleet’.
