• Identify the underlying issues and at risk behaviors that leads to unhealthy eating
• Help you create a wellness program that addresses healthier lifestyle choices
• Work with you to keep you on track once the plan has been agreed on
• Provide you with education and resources to assist you in successfully implementing your healthy eating and exercise plan.

Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Sunday, 8:30 to 12:00 p.m.
